Coastal forest which is home to a wide variety of birdlife. Reptiles and several antelope species occur. The Paradise Valley waterfall is one of the most beautiful spots in the Durban district. There are several good walks, one of which runs alongside the river to the waterfall. Picnic sites, public toilets, braai, car park, visitors centre. Durban`s original water supply works were situated above the waterfall. Open 7 am to 5 pm daily and an admission is payable at the reserve office.
From Durban on the N3 take the turn-off to Sarnia. Turn left immediately, then follow this road to its end. Eden Road, Pinetown.
